State EI and ECSE programs are working together to share more data and information with each other and other programs to support effective service delivery. This document offers considerations for entering into a data sharing agreement (DSA), as well as recommended actions for creating and implementing a DSA. It also outlines key differences between a DSA and a memorandum of understanding (MOU).
