The Crosswalks below detail the changes in the Part B & C SPP/APR FFY 2024 Templates compared to the Part B & C SPP/APR FFY 2023 Template. Part B SPP/APR FFY 2024 Template Changes
The changes in Indicators B6, B7 and B12 in the Part B SPP/APR FFY 2024 Template with the Part B SPP/APR FFY 2023 Template include the following.
- Technical changes to Part B SPP/APR FFY 2024 Template, including language in the Part B SPP/APR Measurement Table embedded in the template, include: Aligned language in Indicator B6 with appropriate EDFacts 618 data resources
- Substantive changes in the Part C SPP/APR FFY 2024 Template: Added a new prefinding correction text box, if applicable, in Indicators B12

Part C SPP/APR FFY 2024 Template Changes
The changes in the Part C SPP/APR FFY 2024 Template compared to the Part C SPP/APR FFY 2023 Template include the following.
Technical changes to the Part C SPP/APR FFY 2024 Template, including changes in the Part C SPP/APR Measurement Table language embedded in the template include:
- Updated dates and FFYs throughout
- Updated language in Indicators C2, C5, C6, C9 and C10 to align with new 618 data reporting requirements and EDFacts resources
- Updated Historical Data section in Indicator C12 allowing changes in baseline and reporting of actual data and target for FFY 2023
- Clarified instructions to align with both new and existing text boxes in the Part C SPP/APR FFY 2024 Template and the online tool
Substantive changes in the Part C SPP/APR FFY 2024 Template include:
- Added a new text box for stakeholder input specific to each of the following Indicators: C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, C9, C10 and C11
- Modified a text box in C12 under the compliance indicator tables to report the source of the noncompliance instead of the differences in reported findings data
- Added a new prefinding correction text box, if applicable, to each of the following Indicators: C1, C7, C8A, C8B, and C8C
- Added a new data table and several text boxes in Indicator C12 for reporting subsequent correction of findings of noncompliance from FFYs prior to the previous FFY. This addition has an impact on states’ data collection and reporting for this reporting period.
