A national survey of Part C and Part B 619 state agencies provided data on the status of states’ data systems in 2023. Many states reported that using data for program improvement and equity analyses were likely to be priorities in the next two years. This poster presented data showing the extent to which state data systems have the data elements and linkage capacity to address those priorities. We included data on states’ ability to link elements from their internal data collections and from other programs that serve young children with disabilities and their families. We provided an example of how states can analyze their data using DaSy’s Critical Questions for Addressing Racial Equity.
