On November 23, 2020, The U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) released its annual report on implementation of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Please share widely as states are beginning their new SPP/APR submissions. OSEP will host a session in January 2021 to seek feedback on the FFY 2018 Indicator Analysis process and thoughts on how to improve it for FFY 2019.
