This report makes the case for the need for equitable community engagement frameworks to inform data practices including the planning, collection, analysis and contextualization of data. The purpose of these framework are to center the voices and needs of those most directly impacted by the data. It includes a number of recommendations related to community engagement and collecting and presenting data equitably.
