The DaSy and ECTA Centers are hosting a four-part Office Hour Series to support states in understanding and reporting on SPP/APR Indicator C12 – General Supervision. This Office Hour Series will help answer your questions about required and optional data, the processes needed to collect the data, and how to report and describe the data for Indicator C12. Participants will also have opportunities to ask questions, share experiences, and learn from their peers across states.

Who should attend?
Part C Coordinators, Part C Data Managers, Part C Monitoring Staff, and Part C staff responsible for preparing the SPP/APR.

C12 Office Hour #1: Tuesday, November 4th from 12:00-1:00 PT / 3:00-4:00 ET
Office Hour #1 will focus on the requirements related to Indicator C12, including the required and optional data and the processes that states need to have in place to collect and report this data. A short presentation will be shared with time for questions and discussion.
C12 Office Hour #2: Monday, November 17th from 12:00-1:00 PT / 3:00-4:00 ET
Office Hour #2 will focus on reporting the data and writing the narrative for Indicator C12. A short presentation will be shared with time for questions and discussion.
C12 Office Hour #3: Tuesday, December 2nd from 12:00-1:00 PT / 3:00-4:00 ET
Office Hour #3 will be an open mic opportunity for questions, discussion, and state sharing.
C12 Office Hour #4: Monday, December 15th from 12:00-1:00 PT / 3:00-4:00 ET
