IDEA Part C Child Count and Settings Data Tool for EDPass Submission

The IDEA Part C Child Count and Setting Data Tool, developed by DaSy, is designed to provide assistance to IDEA Part C Data Managers and other EDPass users to submit the state 2024 child count and settings data due July 30. The tool offers a way to ensure accuracy of IDEA Part C Child Count and Settings data prior to official submission.

The tool can help states save time by identifying potential format errors, validation errors, and other errors in subtotals or totals. The tool has been updated to allow users to create the EDPass file per the specifications in the four child count and settings files (FS902, FS903, FS904, and FS905). Thorough instructions for creating the file are included. DaSy is offering weekly office hours through the end of July to support the data submission.

Intended audience: Part C Data managers and Coordinators, plus other users of EDPass.
