• Examples of Reasons for Delay and Exceptional Family Circumstances for Indicator C8C – This resource provides some examples of program reasons for delay (required to be reported) and examples of delays due to exceptional family circumstances (not required to be reported) for Indicator C8C: Transition Conference.
• Identifying, Correcting and Reporting Noncompliance: A State Guide – This guide outlines the steps in identifying, correcting and reporting of noncompliance in the SPP/APR and is applicable to Indicator C8C: Transition Conference requirement to report on how the state verified correction of noncompliance. It is based on the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) QA 23-01: State General Supervision Responsibilities Under Parts B and C of the IDEA.

• SPP/APR Submission Guidance Data Calculations – Indicator C8C: Transition Conference – This resource provides detailed information about the data needed for the timely transition calculation based on the federal measurement table and related documentation. Specifically, it provides information about general considerations (e.g. children found eligible 89 days or less or referred less than 45 days from the child’s third birthday are not included in the calculation), the data needed for the numerator and denominator, data points for the calculation, data sources, and an example calculation.
• Target Setting Guide – This guide provides information on resetting baseline when such things as the method in which data are collected and reported change for Indicator C8C: Transition Conference. Targets cannot be reset because this is a compliance indicator.
