Overview

This collection of resources is designed to support states in preparing and submitting their State Performance Plan (SPP)/Annual Performance Report (APR) due in February each year. The resources in this collection are organized into two main categories:

• General SPP/APR Resources – The general SPP/APR resources are applicable to almost all indicators and are foundational for understanding the indicators’ measurements, the data needed to be submitted for the indicators’ calculations, the allowable data sources, and the overall reporting requirements.
• SPP/APR Resources for Reporting by Indicator – The indicator-specific resources are organized by each Part C and Part B Preschool Special Education indicator. For each indicator, the General SPP/APR Resources are provided along with descriptions of how they specifically relate to that indicator. In addition, indicator-specific resources are available to support states in reporting the required data and developing the narrative responses necessary for each indicator
