This session introduced participants to the concept of data leadership, a leader’s role in asking questions about equity and using data to answer those questions, and building a culture of data use with equity in mind. The session also provided examples of critical questions that go beyond surface-level examinations of equity.
Part C and Part B 619 staff can use the strategies in this presentation to develop their data leadership skills and gain confidence in asking important data equity questions.
