This poster presents current information on how states/jurisdictions define developmental delay, diagnosed physical or mental conditions with a high probability of delay, and, as applicable, at risk in their definition of eligibility for Part C services. Special populations of emerging priority, including prematurity and substance exposed children, are highlighted.
