This session reviewed how children’s functioning relative to age-expectations is essential for quality services and effective outcomes measurement and how these family conversations can be uncomfortable. With shared insight from families and practitioners, tips to ease these conversations and positively engage families in the Child Outcome Summary (COS) measurement process was explored.
