In this IDIO 2024 presentation, DaSy/ECTA staff cover the basics for child outcomes measurement and reporting, including an overview of how they were developed, what the outcomes are, how the indicators are calculated, what approaches to measurement states use, what the national results look like, how to consider child outcomes data quality, and where to access additional resources.
This DaSy toolkit contains information, guidance, and templates to assist Part C and Part B 619 program staff with creating or enhancing their data governance policies and procedures. For each data governance topic, an overview, consideration questions, and a fillable Microsoft Word template is provided.
Designed to provide assistance to IDEA Part C Data Managers and other users of the EDFacts Metadata and Process System (EMAPS). This tool offers a way to ensure accuracy of IDEA Part C Child Count and Settings data prior to official submission. The Part C Child Count and Setting Data Tool allows the state to enter their data and have any errors flagged. Corrections can then be made prior to data entry and submission in EMAPS.
