Updated in October 2024, the IDEA Part C Dispute Resolution EMAPS Survey Data Check Tool is designed to be used by lead agencies in states as they prepare their data for submission in EMAPS. The tool can identify potential format errors and validation errors and check for year-to-year changes in the data.

FUNdamentals of Sampling for Family Surveys: Why Sample and How to do it Well
The presenters covered concepts relevant to family outcome surveys, including methods such as stratified sampling, the importance of sample size, representativeness, and response rates. Procedures for weighting responses and writing sampling plans were also discussed.
Data for Identifying and Correcting Non-Compliance and Reporting C-12 Findings
The presenters discussed the new requirements for the FFY 2023 Part C SPP/APR submission, including information about reporting C12 data, and the use of pre-finding correction.
