Look here for important deadlines for 2024… As we begin a new IDEA reporting year, it’s time to get ready for the data tasks ahead! Staying on track with key deadlines is essential, so we’ve reached out to DaSy experts for tools to help you stay organized and plan for what’s coming next. Most notably, the transition from EMAPS to EDPass is beginning with the IDEA Part C Exiting Survey for the 2023-24 data submission.
The DaSy work highlighted in this session by current State Part C Data Managers is relevant to providing and supporting a strong Part C Data Manager community, which is especially important given the high turnover rate.
The presenters covered concepts relevant to family outcome surveys, including methods such as stratified sampling, the importance of sample size, representativeness, and response rates. Procedures for weighting responses and writing sampling plans were also discussed.
