This poster presents the three approaches that ECTA and DaSy used to compute the national estimates on child outcomes for Part B and Part C, in order to give viewers the opportunity to compare the three approaches. Recent data suggests that high percentages of children who receive services through Part C and Part B, Section 619 of IDEA show greater than expected developmental progress and many are exiting the program functioning within age expectations. However, states are at various stages in implementing procedures for measuring child outcomes data and not all states are reporting high quality data.
