The scope and complexity of data collected by Part C programs have significantly increased in the 30 years since IDEA Part C and Part B 619 began. Stakeholders of Part C programs now have unprecedented opportunities to use data to inform administrative operations, reporting, monitoring, continuous program improvement, and state policy decisions.
