Do you have questions about SPP/APR Indicator C12: General Supervision?

The DaSy and ECTA Centers are hosting a series of Office Hours to support states in understanding and reporting on SPP/APR Indicator C12 – General Supervision.

This series will help answer your questions about required and optional data, the processes needed to collect the data, and how to prepare your narrative. Participants will have opportunities to ask questions, share experiences, and learn from their peers across states.

Who should attend?

Part C Coordinators, Part C Data Managers, Part C Monitoring Staff, and Part C staff responsible for preparing the SPP/APR.

C12 Office Hour #1: Thursday, November 12 from 3-4pm ET / 12-1pm PT

Office Hour #1 will focus on the requirements related to Indicator C12, including the required and optional data and the processes that states need to have in place to collect and report these data. A short presentation will be shared with time for questions and discussion.

C12 Office Hour #2: Tuesday, December 1 from 3-4pm ET / 12-1pm PT

Office Hour #2 will focus on reporting the data and writing the narrative for Indicator C12. A short presentation will be shared with time for questions and discussion.

C12 Office Hour #3: Tuesday, January 5 from 3-4pm ET / 12-1pm PT

Office Hour #3 will be an open opportunity for questions, discussion, and state sharing.
