This session discusses the complex process of increasing high quality early childhood inclusive practices. The ECTA Center System Framework is a tool that examines state infrastructure along different components and can support the recommendations of the joint HHS -ED position statement on inclusion by offering key indicators of a high quality system. Specific considerations for using the framework with an inclusion lens will be shared, including highlights of efforts currently underway in Illinois with opportunities for discussion.
