This document describes the relationship between of child outcomes data to a North Carolina Part B LEA Self-Assessment. The Self-Assessment is designed to help LEAs analyze and use data to make decisions for improving academic and behavioral supports as well as transition in their EC programs. This document outlines how LEAs can look at the child outcomes data as they complete the self-assessment.
