These sessions will consist of guided discussions on early childhood transition (including Transition from Part C to Preschool). TA providers will utilize a series of prompts to facilitate group discussions.

Part C and Part B 619 staff can use this resource to improve their data visualization especially when the data are identified by racial or ethnic groups.
