Part C SPP/APR Indicator Analyses

The Part C Indicator Analyses on State submitted SPP/APRs by FFY provides a national picture of the implementation of Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA). Birth to one and birth to three percentages of children served based on national population data is presented in the analyses of Indicator 5 (Child Count Birth to One) and Indicator 6 (Child Count Birth to Three), respectively.

The aggregated data in these reports can be used to see variation in the percentages of children served nationally and over time. Individual states can compare their data to data from other states and to the national trend from FFY 2010 to FFY 2015. One use of the performance trend charts is to plot where your state is in comparison to other states on the box plot charts. It can create a meaningful visual.
