This collection provides resources specifically helpful for states as they work toward linking data between Part C and Part B 619 programs and/or with other programs within a state, such as through participation in a Statewide Longitudinal Data System (SLDS) or Early Childhood Integrated Data System (ECIDS).
These resources have been identified by TA providers from Common Education Data Standards (CEDS), the Center for the Integration of IDEA Data (CIID), DaSy, the SLDS State Support Team, and the Privacy Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) as most relevant and useful for this work.
The resources in this collection are organized into four categories aligned with the Steps to Data Linking in DaSy’s Data Linking Toolkit:

The Data Linking Toolkit comprises multiple sections that include downloadable tools to support Part C and Part B 619 program staff as they consider, prepare, and successfully link their data. The Toolkit is focused on linking data between Part C and Part 619, but it includes valuable information and tools that can be applied to other data linking or integration initiatives.
