Data Linking Use Case

Definition: A use case explains the overall reason or story for why two data partners want to link. It demonstrates the impact of linking and builds support within the partners’ respective agencies. It creates common understanding of the specific need or a currently unanswered question within your joint work and establishes linking as part of the solution.
