August 25-30, 2024 at the InterContinental New Orleans Hotel in Louisiana
DaSy is excited to announce, in collaboration with their early childhood technical assistance center partners, that the 2024 Improving Data, Improving Outcomes Conference (IDIO) will take place from August 25–30, 2024. The main conference will be from August 27–29. Pre-conference and post-conference meetings of DaSy client organization groups will be held on August 25, 26, 29, and 30.
We would appreciate your response as soon as possible, but no later than June 17, 2024. Registration is required to attend constituent meetings on August 25-26 and 29-30, and workshops from 8:30-11:30 AM CT on August 27. There is no registration fee for this event.
Who should attend?
The IDIO Conference is designed for IDEA Part C and Part B 619 coordinators and IDEA Part C and Part B data managers, parent leaders, and others working to improve state capacity for equitable, evidence-based data systems, programs, practices and outcomes for young children with disabilities and their families.
Intended Outcomes
- Improve state capacity to collect, analyze, report, and use high-quality IDEA Part C early intervention and Part B preschool data, including data on child and family outcomes.
- Embed equity throughout the data inquiry cycle.
- Enhance, streamline, and integrate early childhood data systems to address critical policy and practice questions.
- Use national resources and states’ experiences and resources to build organizational capacity and support the implementation of evidence-based practices.
Conference Registration
We welcome audiences specified above to register and attend the IDIO 2024 Conference. There is no registration fee.
Conference Travel Reimbursement
Funds are available to support travel and expenses for one client per state in each of the following roles:
- Part C Coordinators
- Part B Section 619 Coordinators
- Part C Data Managers
- Part B Data Managers
IDEA Part C and Part B Section 619 Coordinators and IDEA Part C and Part B Data Managers received a personalized email inviting them to attend and register for IDIO. Included is information about the IDIO Conference travel reimbursement guidelines and process. If you are one of the four DaSy clients mentioned above, and have not received a personalized email invite, please contact IDIO@dasycenter.org.

Hotel reservations are open!
The meeting will be held at the InterContinental New Orleans Hotel. This luxurious hotel is ideally located in the historic Garden District on St. Charles Avenue and close to the New Orleans French Quarter. Please book your hotel reservation as soon as possible, but no later than July 29. If for some reason you cannot attend, you must cancel your hotel reservation 72 hours before check-in, otherwise you will be charged for the hotel room.
