Specifically, it provides information about general considerations (e.g. the measurement of timely services is based on the state’s definition of timely services), the data needed for the numerator and denominator, data points for the calculation, data sources, and an example calculation.
  • Target Setting Guide – This guide provides information on resetting baseline when the timely services definition changes or the method in which data are collected and reported change for Indicator C1: Timely Services. Targets cannot be because since this is a compliance indicator.
