DaSy continually works on a variety of IDEA data and data system related products and activities designed to support Part C or 619 programs’ work on early childhood data systems. In response to states’ feedback and needs, a wide variety of cross-state TA is available, including: national webinars; topical meetings or think tanks; communities of practice; and online, print, and video resources and training materials on a wide range of topics. Topics include data system literacy, data quality, data linkages, data use for program improvement, data visualization, confidentiality, stakeholder engagement, child and family outcomes, and more.
Every year in the fall, DaSy assesses client needs and priorities in collaboration with other TA Centers in order to determine what cross-state TA to offer for the following year. Additionally, as other cross-state needs arise during the year, such as assistance with SSIP development, we adjust our work in order to address the most pressing state needs.
