The Early Childhood Technical Assistance (ECTA) Center and the Center for IDEA Early Childhood Data Systems (DaSy Center) are pleased to release the first three sessions of our Child Outcomes Summary (COS) Process Module. This free online learning module draws from the work of the Early Childhood Outcomes (ECO) Center and is designed to help early intervention and preschool special education staff understand the Child Outcomes Summary process.
